I feel that the technologies have made a genuine impact on the couple's lives.
I wouldn't say that they would be poorer if they didnt have access to ICT at home.
No, because that would be a waste of time since they could afford one, why should they travel 3 miles everyday when they can have a computer at their home ready to use and near by.
